HSK Quick Change Coping Spindle
Meet the CM500S, Ideal Machine's newest HSK Cope Machine to joining our machinery lineup. The CM500S is an industrial coping machine for cabinet doors. Featuring a single HSK quick change spindle, the CM500S uses a blow-out block with locking clamps to prevent material chipping. The HSK makes changeover fast and easy, saving production downtime and increasing production efficiency and speed.
Servo-Driven Material Coping Table
Becasue the CM500S's HSK spindle does not move, it relies on the servo-driven material table to perform each cope. The servo material sled is set up to accommodate a blow-out piece that saves your cabinet door pieces from chipping and blowing out at the end of the cope cycle.
The material sled can hold up to 12" of material to cope on each activation. You can cope one piece at a time up to 12" wide or any combination of parts at one time as long as their total combined width does not exceed 12". This allows you to cope multiple parts at one time for faster material processing and increased parts production per hour.
